The driver is identical to the WirelessDriver, the BSD license we use allows commercial entities to use WirelessDriver code in commercial products as long as they acknowledge us in their license. If you run their installer, you'll see the familiar license agreement we use. The BSD license is what allows Apple to use BSD unix in OS X...boot into single use mode and you'll see copyright University of California in the first couple of lines. Not all open source licenses are the same. I think the BSD license is the "most free" and open of the commonly used licenses.
