Martin, I have one of the first wallstreets (292MHz) and I have been able to get it to boot and run with 386MB of memory, in 10.2.1 but it likes to crash with the extra memory installed. I actually could not get through the installation process with the memory installed. So I took it out and installed 10.2 and upgraded to 10.2.1 and then reinstalled the memory. This worked for a couple of days, but the crashes got to me. I am now running with 192MB and no crashes. I also observed that my laptop would overheat, so I am now much more careful with it now since I don't think the fan turns on at the appropriate temperature. Some of crashes were related to this since the extra RAM makes it get warmer easier. I also still get wake from sleep crashes, so this problem has not been resolved yet. You might be able to get your extra RAM to work, but it is definitely picky. The good news is the wireless driver works great in 10.2.1. Thanks.
