Steve,

The problem you have is that the netgear card you
bought probable isn't supported (it's acutally a
MA401RA, new revision).  They have changed the card
name.  But you can add it to the plist and it will
work.  Check out the article the Yuriwho wrote on
9/1/02 called "Cam my Cards be Supported?"  It tells
you how to do it.
