[Wirelessdriver-support] Prefs pane does not load

Hi all.  I ran the wireless driver installer (a few times) on my rev.1
wallstreet.  It doesn't report any errors, and stuff seems to install, but
after a restart (or two) the pref pane does not show up.  Also, there are
no new interfaces in the network pane.  Can anyone help?  Below is the
output of the troubleshooting script:
