[Wirelessdriver-support] software base station via ad hoc

I was hoping to install this driver on a 
wallstreet/FarallonSKYline-11Mb that I currently use as a router for 
my wireless network. I need the driver so I can put OS X on it 
without killing my network.

If I could just set up any kind of ad hoc network, I could do NAT 
with natd or OS X 10.2's built in Internet Sharing. I am pretty sure 
this is currently impossible (unless you can fool it into connecting 
to another ad hoc network as if it was a basestation?), but is there 
a build in the CVS tree that has support for creating an ad hoc 
network?
