Well I should've kept my mouth shut.

No sooner did I connect via my Wallstreet than I lost the AirPort 
connex over on my G4 Dualgig. Now I'm right back where I was--seeing 
signals but not being able to actually access the net.

Somehow it's all bound up in checking\unchecking that WEP box-both 
within the Beta5.1 Wireless config panel and in the AirPort Admin 
Utility as well. It's like I can toggle from WEP to no-WEP and get 
signals but no actual net connex.

Oh, I wish I'd just shoved the Wallstreet in a drawer and been happy 
to leave my working AirPort connection on the G4 Dualgig alone. 
Classic case of spending hours mucking around with the computers, 
thinking this was going to "save time" once I had it all set up.
