This problem existed before the wireless driver existed. I have a wallstreet and had this problem all the time. The thing that made it go away was to boot into 9 and run disk first aid. Then when I went back to 10 it was fine. There was a problem with sleep (supposed to be fixed in 10.2) and an open source fix was the ticket for me. I haven't had the problem since. -- Thanks Leonard C.
