Cisco sells a good card, and they provide drivers for OS 9 and OS 10.{0,1}.

On their web site, it says the current driver doesn't work with OS 
10.2 but "Drivers for Mac OS X 10.2 will be released shortly after 
the official release of Mac OS X 10.2 from Apple Computer.".
