First off, we don't do anything under 9.2, so any issue you are having there is not related to our software, although that might provide clues later on... The TiBook running the way it's supposed to rules out problems with the base station... Now, just because you see signal strength doesn't mean all is well with the connection. If means you're running on the right channel and have the right network name. If the encryption (WEP) settings are wrong, it'll still show the right signal strength, but you won't be able to communicate. There may be a couple of other problems that cause the same symptoms, but this by far the most common one. If you could send me the output from "sudo kmodstat" when run from a terminal window, it might be helpful (hard to say in advance).
