[Wirelessdriver-support] No signal being received

I'm running an Orinoco silver in a Lombard 400 with 10.1.1 on it.  Under
WirelessDriver, the card does not seem to be picking up any signal from
the base station.

  The card works fine when I boot into 9, but under 10, the WirelessConfig
pane's signal level just sits at whatThe card works fine when I boot into

appears to be a minimum level, and the card's LED pattern corresponds to a
working card that can't make a connection (power and signal blink on in unison
once every 10 seconds).  If I hit the "Apply" button in WirelessConfig, the
LEDs do a double blink then return to the 10 second pattern.  The Network
pane is assigning 169.x.x.x numbers to the wireless interface.
