There are 2 small problems with the mailing list setup...

	1) We will still have to log into sourceforge to reply to postings done via
the website forum.  Hopefully, by changing the link on the homepage, these will
slowly be switched over to the mailing list.

	2) postings to the list by non-list members are held for administrator approval.
I'm going to make sure that all current project members have access to approve
posts, but it means that people seeking quicker answers will have to subscribe
to the list if they don't want to wait for one of us to give it the go ahead...
