#8 Network panel doesn't see card

Similar to another report, I am attempting to get a Skyline 11Mbps
card to work in 10.2.2. I see the card in the menu bar. I can
connect with the card (but only to power it down) and the two
menu items (INTERSIL and HFA384x/IEEE) are grayed out.

I see the wireless pane correctly added to my preferences as an
"Other".

But, in the network preference panel, I don't see any network
connection except ethernet and the modem.
