#4 Intermittent Deactivation of Driver

For some reason, on my old System Folder which was a 10.1.5 to
10.2.1 upgrade, the new driver worked. However, now that I'm
running a clean install of 10.2 -> 10.2.1, the Wireless Driver Pref
Pane is there but is not responsive, and the en1 network interface
for the driver is ghosted and unavailable. Several attempts to re-
install the driver have proved unhelpful. Arg!
