When I tried to Tail a very small file (5 to 10 bytes or so), it fails to show any changes made to the file (which is being re-written every 10 seconds). The file is written out in plain text every 10 seconds and changes when the state of the originating programme changes ... whichWintail fails to pick up on.
Hi, we have checked Wintail and we do not find any issue tailing very small files.
If the mentioned problem is still persisting, please create a new ticket adding attachments and the more useful information in order to analyze, investigate and hopeful fix it.
