#27 Volume-Offset + FastChannelSwitching

1.) MTV is often much louder than other Channels,
TangoTV is more silent then others. So it would be
perfect if you could set an Offset (lets say -10%) in
MTV that the initial Volume is changed before switching
to a certain Channel (MTV in this case)

2.) Version -65 switches between the channels way
faster then -60 does. I tested it on 2 Systems
(PinnaclePCTV), WinXP and WinME. Definately v -.60
takes two to three times longer to switch between to
channels than v -0.65 does. Could you have a check on
that ?!
