#6 Shortcut controllers stopped working

There were problems with docklets containing shortcut in ObjectDock 1.5 (these lose their shortcut sometimes), but in 1.9 it does't work at all!
If I try to add a shortcut controller in the docklet, it's crashing 100%. If I load a config with shortcut, i see that it disappeared from settings.
