#5 Not solvable

No matter what I do I can't get more than 20 to 30 tiles removed from any game till the message pops up at the bottom of the screen that the game is not solvable. I have changed settings, I have restored defaults, I have set it to the easiest board setting and unchecked allow unsolvable games. I think you have a problem
