#109 Qt4 code generation failed

I am having issue with Qt4 designer in WinPython. I cannot generate the code. I keep getting an error that says code generation failed. Unable to launch. I believe the error is with a forward slash in the file path. I have included a screenshot of the error. I have searched and found some work arounds that I could not verify or use properly. Any help solving this issue is greatly appreciated.
