#103 Control Center does not start on Win7 64bit using WinPython 2.7.6.2

Hi,

I already posted this inside the discussion group, but I forgot to open a ticket. If that is not OK, feel free to delete the ticket.

In WinPython 2.7.6.2 (located in C:\WinPython-64bit-2.7.6.2) on a Win7 64bit system the Control Center will not start. I also tried to start it from the console, but nothing, no output at all.
