#101 WinPython Command Prompt.exe is a 32 bit exe in 64 bit WinPython distro

Hi,

I am using WinPython-64bit-2.7.6.2 and I noticed that the WinPython Command Prompt.exe is a 32 bit process. This is annoying because it makes using cmd + scripts\env.bat a different environmnent from using the WinPython Command Prompt because of the System32/SysWow64 stuff.

Could you make the WinPython Command Prompt a 64 bit process in future 64 bit releases?
