It will be really nice if piyon can do the following things:
1. We can query if a path exists in the EV
2. Add a path if doen't exists & Don't add a path if already exists
4. Replace all forward slashes in the EV with convinent command

Propossed syntax structure in order:
1. -q for query if a path exists; returns nice message.
2. for this we can change the current behaviour of piyon where piyon will add specified path if doesn't exist
3. -fix flag

Note: piyon should repalces all the forward slashes with backslashes when adds a path
