Registry location & subkeys: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Power\PowerSettings

Name: Attributes
Type: DWORD
Values: { 1 = hidden, 0 = show, n/a = show }

For every power setting where 'Attributes = 1' exists, that setting will be hidden. If this key gets the value 0 or when this key simply doesn't exists, the key will be shown.

We can allow the user to control this in Windows.
