#23 Identify different embedded interpreters in the attach windo

This is obscure:

If you have an embedded python app with multiple interpreters and you are trying to remotely attach (using the embedded interface), it would be nice if the GUI gave you some idea of which interpreter was which. Perhaps add the PyThreadState pointer of each one to the string.
