#6 Custom location of the ".winnow" folder

An option to choose a custom location for the "user
folder" (i.e the ".winnow") instead of having it go
under the "user name" directory in
C:\Documents and Settings\"user name"\.winnow\

An option to have the foder created in the winnow
program directory would make winnow a portable
application which can be used from a USB drive.
