#3 More detailed description of journals when adding

When adding journals, there are somtimes issues of
disambiguation of identical titles. For example,
"Science" returns two journals, both called "Science".
Inspection of the pubmed journals database reveals that
one of them is still published and the other is not. It
would be useful to have a description pane in "Add
Journals" to give the details of the journal to display
this information, or perhaps a tooltip.
