#11 Update Selected Journals Only

If possible, please make an option to update some of
the journals (selected journals) instead of having to
update all the journals every time. Some journals are
released weakly where as other journals are quarterly
(4 issues / yr). Updating all the journals on a daily
basis wastes time, bandwidth and puts some load on
PubMed servers.
