#79 command line execution to produce report

In Winmerge 2.6, is there any way to run winmerge from the command line to automatically output ONLY the different files in comparison of two folders of otherwise identical content in a text file? And if so, can this be done in a batch file with multiple commands to generate several reports of comparing several pairs of such folders?

If this is not currently possible, can anyone recommend any comparable software to Winmerge that has an appropriate command line interface that can be used in the way I need it?
