Currently WinMerge default options disable having multiple file compare windows open.
Apparently this confuses and even surprises users. I don't remember the reason why we selected disabled status by default. But I don't see a reason why not allow multiple documents by default.
Multiple file compares also work better when integrating WinMerge with other tools. And it basically is requirement with single-instance option.
So this patch changes the default to allow multiple documents.
