No, currently there are 2-3 people actively working with WinMerge and we
really don't have the time or resources. :(
There were some long discussions about porting WinMerge to some
cross-platform toolkit (Qt or wxWidgets) but it never realized into any
code or patches.
I'm still interested in going that direction, but it requires some
preliminary work to be done first. I've tried to reduce GUI-dependency
on backend (read: compare) code, but there are still some ugly
dependencies. Those dependencies must be removed first so we have
clearly a GUI module and clearly a compare module. Read page about
compare library in devel wiki: wiki.winmerge.org.
There are many ways to continue from that point. My personal preference
would be to librarize backend code with some cross-platform toolkit (APR
seems good). And then just create different GUI modules for it.
It is a lot of work and my personal time is pretty limited at the
