We have now released WinMerge 2.14.0, a new stable version.
This is our first release in more than 3 years, and we are very happy to finally make it happen.
Notable new items in the 2.14.0 stable release:

- Installer: Drop Windows 9x/ME/NT4 support and use Microsoft runtime libraries installer
- Installer: Remove Uninstall shortcut from start menu folder
