This use case is important!

When synchronizing two folders in subversion (same issue with CVS) I use file filter to ignore .svn folders. However, when I'm copying new subfolders, their .svn subfolders get copied also. And this leads to quite a mess sometimes.

So I think we should optionally apply file filters also when copying and only copy "visible" content, not folder's real content.

This has been discussed in developer forum also:

This is a kind of step backwards - we need own folder contents traversal code for copying. We had that in older releases (2.4) but then later started using WinAPI for that... So lots of supporting code can be found from older releases.

But we don't want exact 2.4 behavior - we need to use WinAPI, but we must apply it for single items. So we'll gather list of items to copy and add them to FileActionScript.
