Allow Selection of Root Dirs Without Drive Letters

When Windows recognizes (for example) an Android phone attached by USB, its file content shows up in explorer as a directory tree root without a drive letter of mount point. The top-of-tree is seen as "Phone SG9+" within Explorer's "My PC". Explorer can navigate within that tree, select and copy files, open them, etc. However, I cannot get WinMerge to select or recognize that tree. WinMerge should be able to access that tree.
