v2.13.5 unicode on Windows XP SP2

(1) Diff some files
(2) Use "Generate Patch" menu to get the Patch Generator dialog box
(3) Check "Append to existing file"
(4) Use "Browse" (alt-w) button to select a file for the "Result" filename field
(5) Click "Save" in the file selector

The Windows file selector will say "Save As: (some file) already exists, Do you want to replace it".

But this is incorrect - because you've ticked "Append to existing file", it won't replace that file. You're not in danger of losing data by selecting an existing filename, so the warning is unnecessarily worrying.

Warning is caused by OFN_OVERWRITEPROMPT flags.

If removed, an additional check needs to be made whenever "Append to existing file" is unchecked - if Result contains the name of an existing file, then a warning could be given at that point.
