#2070 AppData needs to be handled

If copying hundreds of thousands of files, if any of them are in the AppData folder, it just does not copy anything. It doesn't give any errors and it even prompts for confirmation. It took me days to figure out what the cause was. AppData needs to be handled appropriately.
