added Fix First-letter-capitalization function to translation list

added simple parameter warning in translation dialog

fixed memory usage on autotranslating list, do not recreate dialog for every request.

fixed hints (compiling 0 warnings 0 hints)

fixed small memoryleak in menu / mru when line (InsertNewLineAfter) was removed

added fastmm4 for advanced memory leak detection.
(fastmm4's leak detection is not as comfortable as eurekalog, but is free and even works to find annoying memory leaks)

Only activate in Debug if you're searching for leaks, there is no need for activating this at runtime cause
Delphi's memorymanager is based on fasmm anyway. Added Fulldebugmode dll copy process as build event.

Default: fastmm4 not active!
