added fastmm4 for advanced memory leak detection.
(fastmm4's leak detection is not as comfortable as eurekalog, but is free and even works to find annoying memory leaks)

Only activate in Debug if you're searching for leaks, there is no need for activating this at runtime cause
Delphi's memorymanager is based on fasmm anyway. Added Fulldebugmode dll copy process as build event.

Default: fastmm4 not active!

moved version information to exe's ressources, display version is loaded from fileinformation at startup.

Version information can be changed from Delphi IDE at:
project -> options -> versioninformation (all configurations, all platforms)

Added a new feature to po export: 'fuzzy' mark for translations is state 'for review' has made optional
because i18n ignore fuzzy translations by default when cosscompiling delphi apps with lazarus.
(better to show 'for review' translation than native language for changed strings)
