LinLocalize 1.6 for Windows winlocalize1

moved version information to exe's ressources, display version is loaded from fileinformation at startup.

Version information can be changed from Delphi IDE at:
project -> options -> versioninformation (all configurations, all platforms)

Added a new feature to po export: 'fuzzy' mark for translations is state 'for review' has made optional
because i18n ignore fuzzy translations by default when cosscompiling delphi apps with lazarus.
(better to show 'for review' translation than native language for changed strings)

Removed some unsed variables
Added some source Comments.

fixed external translation using google tranlator
changed version to 1.5.4

fixed all linbreaks to windows cr+lf beacause stepping through sourcecode didn't work correctly because of mixed cr+lf / cr / lf.

Duolicates in exports allowed, because in autotranslation ther is only one string translated per glossary line.

Ther was also a Problem with autotranslation in case of multiple lined strings.

Sometimes in Delphi ther is only LF, or CR ans sometimes both of them CRLF
The Problem was, ther was differences between Glossarys and the Src string in exe between them even if it was exactly the same string, so i replaced all of them with the same Sign while checking equality.

added 64bit PE support to winresbind (reintegrated branch)

Attention: winresbind remains as a 32 bit process but can now handle 64bit executeables too.
(auto detect through file fileimagehader/machineinfo from PE File)

Setup needs to install empty32.dll+empty64.dll instead of empty.dll
(winresbind postcopy has been modified)

removed local & identcache files, those files don't need to be versioned

reactivated baseofdata on 32 bit optional header

deleted .local, not need to be versioned
