Hi all
Ive found this nice little dictionary,
http://stardict.sourceforge.net/
It works perfectly when starting it from a shortcut etc.
But if I place a shortcut in windows start-tup folder so It will hopefully start at boot time and run in the system tray I get this gdk error
(stardict.exe:1600): Gdk-WARNING **: gdk_input_wintab_init: WTOpen failed
(stardict.exe:1600): GdkPixbuf-CRITICAL **: file gdk-pixbuf.c: line 373 (gdk_pixbuf_get_width): assertion `pixbuf != NU
LL' failed
(stardict.exe:1600): GdkPixbuf-CRITICAL **: file gdk-pixbuf.c: line 389 (gdk_pixbuf_get_height): assertion `pixbuf != N
ULL' failed
Any ideas I havent been able to find a gtk forum?
Try and check whether the 'Working Directory' field in the shortcut is set to the actually directory in which the EXE resides.
I guess that can be a possible problem.

Stardict works fine if I use the shortcut in the start up folder (once windows has booted)
The problem seems to be that stardict might be loading before the runtime enviroment is correctly started.
I'm using the latest GTK 2.2.4
