#128 Native OS X UI

I love that you guys have made this software open source, and it seems to be a kick ass release, but you will not get anywhere on OS X without a native UI, I'm still learning programming so I can't help much with that, but I would gladly create some Xcode XIBs that contained all the actual UI stuff, the only problem is there would be no code to actually bind the XIBs to the core app. opinions, comments?
