#124 Populate the file preferences.txt

Some problems using Wings3D on new configuration (Hardware + Software) have work around modifying this file. The problem is the lack of documentation, and that parameters with default values are not in the file. It could be interresting to populate the file with all parameters and their actual values. Even better to provide some comments and the boundary values.
