#7 balancing out speed

wings should try to balance out it's speed against the
machine speed.

On my 233MHz laptop the game is quite slow but
playable and the lowest priority seems to be given to
keyboard reading, that is the game seems to be
missing keystrokes frequently which usually results
in catching a projectile...

On my 866MHz the bombs are droping down on me like
lightnings with only a slight chance to be lucky and
react in the right way...

OK - but it's a nice game ;-)!!
