WinEyes is a rewrite of xeyes utility (by Keith Packard and the MIT X Consortium) for Win32, Pocket PC, ReactOS, and Wine. The purpose of WinEyes is to be as faithful to the original look of xeyes as possible.

This release makes the Win32 release of WinEyes more faithful in appearance to the original X-Windows xeyes application.

Features include:
- Removal of the title bar in 2000, XP, and Vista
- Moving WinEyes can now be done simply by clicking on the eyes and dragging them to their new home
