Problems with the Environment Variables!

    Hi,

    I have installed WineAsio_0.7.5 on Ubuntu9.10 Studio (amd64) / Wine 1.1.43-0ubuntu…
    Installation is succesfull and wineasio is working…

    But when I set the ASIO_INPUT environment variable to 8 (i.e), it still seems to be 2 input channels in Jack, and naturally so in Cubase…

    Note: When I
    $ echo $ASIO_INPUT
    it returns 8… So the variable is set succesfully… What is the problem then?

    Did you use "export" to set the variable?  Otherwise it's only visible in the shell.  It's easier using the config file, really.
