I've just updated the wineasio 0.8 code in SVN with a large number of fixes. It now "works" (to the best I can test it) on WINE 1.3. I think the memory allocation and releasing is now all done in the right place. I've moved around where port registration takes place (probably back where it was a few versions ago - matches what JackWASIO had). Port unregistration has been removed as it seemed redundant (and JACK didn't like it).
