This project came from a need to allow users of some very locked-down, special purpose Windows 7 machines to quickly and easily switch between Wi-Fi and Cellular. It is a general purpose utility that allows a user to enable "one and only one" physical NIC in a machine. If those NICs are properly configured for auto-connection, then this is a convenient way for users to switch networks.
