#1 new verb: NEWCASE
It would be great to have a new verb, NEWCASE, so that
the server could be kept online and be able to continue
collecting data from another computer/case.
The verb NEWCASE would take care of the existence of
the directory, chdir/cwd to the new directory as well
as starting a new case.log in that new directory.
