So far i'm not able to create any site. The error I got is this one:
Error: Dns Create - Please check the server name, credentials and WBEM Core.

Any idea?

  Make sure that dns service is installed on your machine. ALso follow the install instructions properly.

  Ok, I've cleaned up the installation, reinstalled all services including DNS.
  
  Configured Reseller, logged in, started site creation. This is the error I receive now.
  
  Data Transfer Quota not available.
