Python Wallpaper Changer

With Python Wallpaper Changer, you can easily and randomly switch your desktop background to a new image from a folder of your choice. Add some excitement to your viewing experience with this simple script.

Prerequisites

Before running the script, make sure you have the following:
- Python 3.x installed on your system
- Windows operating system
- Images for your wallpaper in a folder on your system

Getting Started

  1. Clone the repository or download the source code.
  2. Open config.ini in a text editor of your choice.
  3. Modify the image_folder variable to the path of the folder containing your wallpaper images.
  4. (Optional) Modify the interval variable to change the time interval between wallpaper changes.
  5. Save the file.

Usage

  1. Open a command prompt or terminal window.
  2. Navigate to the directory containing wallpaper_changer.py.
  3. Run the script using the command python wallpaper_changer.py.
  4. The script will change your wallpaper to a random image from the specified folder at the specified interval.
  5. To stop the script, press Ctrl + C in the command prompt.

Configuration

The config.ini file contains the following configuration options:
- image_folder: the path to the folder containing the images for your wallpaper.
- interval: the time interval (in seconds) between wallpaper changes.
