#4 Possibly missing services for BlackViper's tweak configuration
It seems that some of the services that are listed and changed in Black Viper's tweaked config are not contained in "ServicesW10BVT.inf".
Is there are specific reason for this? Is this an oversight or have they been removed on purpose as they are not any longer relevant (BlackViper hasn't updated his config for almost one year now, so new or discarded services as well as changed default configurations are not considered).
I found the following deviations:
• Health Key and Certificate Management (technical name "hkmsvc") is missing.
• Windows MultiPoint Server Host Service (technical name "Wms") is missing.
• Windows MultiPoint Server Repair Service (technical name "WmsRepair") is missing.

As a side note: do you intend to also support Windows 10 1607, i.e. the upcoming "anniversary edition"? It will probably (didn't check myself so far) bring new services, apps etc. Especially taking care of the new apps in the next version of the script would be fantastic.
I will work on a new release of this script as soon as possible. The Black Viper's tweaked config is a sum of three Services.*inf files.
I know (about the multiple involved .inf files) – still they are missing the mentioned services, which BlackViper has in his lists.
But as he is apparently not any longer maintaining his site and updating the service information, we're on our own now or need a new reliable source for service optimization.
