#11 Important features related questions

Hello sir, I installed Windows 10 Lite edition 2017 version, I like some features but some thinks are missing, problems are:

1. It does not support UEFI boot, so that some features not functionally working specially thinks related from driver compatibility.
2. Many languages are missing like English (International), English (UK), English (India) and Hindi.
3. Some drivers were not working like bluetooth and wifi, touchpad.
4. Some commands are missing which is very important for command prompt.
   So that I returned to official Windows 10 Creative Update

Now my questions for latest version are:

1. Is Windows 10 Lite support above languages(not only for reading, but also in case of typing)?
2. All available drivers are functionally working, even if driver version downloaded from manufacturer website?
3. Automatic updates are completely disabled? This question is asked because some updates terminates driver compatibility, even if drivers provided by device manufacturer, some
   manufacturer no linger provide updates for some devices in latest build.
4. Direct ISO file of Windows 10 Lite available for both 32 bit and 64 bit? If yes, then these ISO's support UEFI boot? And how to download?
5. Is setup.exe file available in Windows 10 Lite ISO?
6. Lite edition of Windows 10 comes with bug fix? I asked this because no " release history " or " change log " appearing, I mean " what's new " in latest build,
   we don't know.
7. Useful commands available for command prompt(inside Windows 10 Lite)?
8. Can we create USB bootable of other Windows editions(official editions) even if Windows 10 Lite running.
9. 3rd party antivirus working properly with lite edition?
   I am not advance user, also I have not latest Windows 10 official ISO, how to download ISO file of Windows 10 Lite?
